My annual T-day recipe for Faaabulous Cheese & Nut Loaf came out quite good this batch; I'm proud to bring it to Rocco's sister's table in Danbury, where we're heading momentarily. It's rather labor-intensive, but well worth the effort, so I usually make a double batch.
