Ron's Daily Groovy Gruel

Bring to boil and maintain simmer 15 minutes:
600 ml (8 c) water
5 ml (1 tsp) cumin seed
2 ml (.5 tsp) fenugreek seed
5 ml (1 tsp) thyme
150 ml millet

Meanwhile clean and puree in blender or processor, using extra hot water to blend if needed:
150 ml carrots
2 dates, pitted
1 jalapeño pepper, pitted
1 large tomato, eighthed
2-3 cm (1 inch) fresh ginger root, peeled
100-150 ml (.5 c) packed cilantro stems
1 small-medium onion, peeled & added last, rough chopped

Whisk in with processed mixture:
100 ml oats quinoa
50 ml 7-grain mixture
100 ml desiccated unsweetened coconut
dash cayenne pepper
50 ml chopped cilantro leaves

Stir often over lowest heat for 20 minutes, then let cool. Whisk again, divide into containers with dollop of yogurt. Reheat as needed in microwave 2.5 minutes, top with unsalted cashews and nutritional yeast.
